The FT32F032xx uses a high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M0 32-bit RISC c with a maximum operating frequency of 72 MHz, built-in high-speed memory (up to 64k bytes of flash memory and 8k bytes of SRAM) and rich enhanced I/O ports.

The chip includes standard communication interfaces (2 I2C interfaces, 2 SPI interfaces, 2 USART interfaces), 1 12-bit ADC and 7 general-purpose 16-bit counters and 1 advanced control PWM counter.

In addition, the chip has a built-in touch sensor, providing 24 capacitive sensing channels, which can be applied to products requiring touch control. Three low power modes ensure the requirements of low power applications.

Support SWD interface debugging, 2 watchpoints and 4 hardware breakpoints for easy debugging.
