The FT32F030xx/FT32F032xx uses a high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M0 32-bit RISC core with a maximum operating frequency of 72 MHz, built-in high-speed memory (up to 64k bytes of flash memory and 8k bytes of SRAM) and rich enhanced I/O ports.

The chip includes standard communication interfaces (2 I2C interfaces, 2 SPI interfaces, 2 USART interfaces), 1 12-bit ADC and 7 general-purpose 16-bit counters and 1 advanced control PWM counter.

Three low power modes guarantee the requirements of low power applications. Support SWD interface debugging, 2 watchpoints and 4 hardware breakpoints for easy debugging
